We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth experience.

Return window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
  • Submit a return request before sending anything back.
  • Items received after the window may be refused or issued store credit at our discretion.

Eligibility & condition

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition received.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and branded materials must be included (e.g., polybag, box, dust bag, spare laces).
  • Our security/tamper tag must remain attached and unaltered.
  • No odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear.
  • Customized or altered items are not eligible.

Non‑returnable items

  • Final sale or marked “non-returnable” at checkout.
  • Underwear, socks, face coverings, and swimwear bottoms due to hygiene.
  • Gift cards and store credits.
  • Items missing the attached tamper tag or with broken seals.

How to start a return

  1. Request authorization: email [email protected] with your order number, item, and reason.
  2. Receive RMA & instructions: we’ll reply with an RMA number and return address/label options.
  3. Pack securely: include all packaging and place the RMA on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship with tracking: use an insured, trackable service and keep the receipt.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as a return plus a new order to reserve inventory quickly.
  • Once your return is approved in inspection, we’ll invoice/ship the replacement as agreed.

Refunds & processing times

  • Approvals are completed the same business day your return passes inspection.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Banks typically post refunds in 3–10 business days; PayPal within 1–3 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error.

Return shipping & fees

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective.
  • For used or incomplete returns, a restocking adjustment (up to 20%) may apply.
  • If a package is refused or undeliverable, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

International returns

  • Mark the shipment “Return – No Commercial Value” to avoid duplicate duties.
  • Customer is responsible for duties/taxes and cross‑border fees. These are non‑refundable by us.
  • We recommend a courier with tracking and insurance.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and labels.
  • We’ll provide a prepaid label where applicable and prioritize a replacement or refund.
  • Items must remain unworn and with our tamper tag attached.

Partial returns & bundles

  • Bundle or “set” purchases must be returned in full unless otherwise noted.
  • Partial returns of bundles may be prorated at the individual item price.

Holiday & gift returns

  • Orders placed November 15–December 31 qualify for returns until January 15 of the following year, subject to standard conditions.
  • Gifts can be returned for store credit to the recipient upon request.

Return address

Returns are accepted only with an approved RMA. After approval, ship to:
